Hi, I’m Nicholas Isaac Berry.
As the founder of NIB PjM Consulting, Nicholas Isaac Berry has over 15 years of experience working with businesses, institutions, and organizations in implementing their PMOs, project management processes, and initiatives.
He values the impact on the lives of not only Project Managers and Program Managers, but also of all team members and companies working together to create fantastic work. He created NIB PjM Consulting because he saw that the organizations he coached wanted to deliver more value to their customers faster and with greater certainty, but struggled to figure out how to do so. He saw a need to support organizations in their “Agile” efforts.
Nic’s Approach
What began as a passion for unlocking the hidden strengths of a basketball team has evolved into the heartbeat of our work today. We’ve moved from the court to a broader stage, but the intention remains the same. Nic approaches every challenge with a coach’s eye and a creator’s heart—listening deeply and building with purpose. He believes that greatness isn't just manufactured; it is carefully grown by those who are truly invested in the outcome.
